Fly Fishing

Sight fishing with the fly rod is our specialty as well as our obsession, and as the name of our guide service suggests, we spend most of our time in water that wouldn’t get your knees wet. We know, and more importantly, understand the specific needs of the fly fisherman. 100% of our fly fishing charters are sight fishing! There is NO blind casting involved.

We fish out of the most technical poling skiffs in the world, Gordon Boatworks and Hell’s Bay Boatworks, the finest shallow water boats ever produced. On all our boats you will find the latest, most innovative equipment in the fishing industry.

We tie all our flies, flies you won’t see in stores or catalogs, patterns we have “fine tuned” with years of on water observations and experience. Weight, color, size, hook choice, and material are all variables that affect the specific presentation of the fly and define its success. These subtle differences in “our” flies can enhance your chances of success in those last critical moments.
